RoboForm Enterprise default settings adhere to a high level of security and password standards. Most setting can be customized to fit your specific corporate needs and policies. After our initial consultation, our support team can deliver to you RoboForm Enterprise aligned to your company's specific standards. This service is available for a small fee depending on needs.

Alternatively, system administrators can use the built-in Policy Editor to adjust the software's settings to match of your company's standards -- either making them more or less strict.

For example, some companies have policies that mandate that passwords be a certain length, or contain certain amount of letters (upper and lower case), numbers and characters, or that end users should be automatically logged out after a certain period of inactivity, etc. You can also turn off and even hide from end users certain features and functions of the software. All this can be customized with the Policy Editor.
